Free Logan Square!

Logan Square Skatepark recently put in a skatepark under the 90/94 expressway on Logan Boulevard in Chicago. However, BMX bikes aren’t allowed in the park, and a rider has even been ticketed for riding the park. This place is a blast for BMX bikes, so Kevin Porter has decided to try to band together the Chicago riders and get bikes into the park. The plan is to meet at his coffee shop on Mondays at 4:00PM, and ride to the Logan Square alderman’s Public Night, when the alderman is forced to face the public on a weekly basis. Each person is guaranteed fifteen minutes of face time with the general public. Having a big showing of BMX riders to speak to the alderman would make quite a statement about the unfair treatment of BMX bikes in Chicago. So if you can, stop by and support!
